There is so much help one can get in relation to domestic violence. There are many resources open to abused women and their children. Here are a few adresses and hot-lines... Never hesitate to use them.

If you believe that you or someone you know may be in need of a shelter, you can go to this website and see the hundreds of shelters available to women in every area of Canada, over 104 in the province of Quebec.

    Simply click on the link. On the left side, click on your province; Scroll down until you find "women's shelters" and click on it. For the province of quebec, it will be "maison de transition".
